Freddie is a contemporary 2 or 3 seater sofa bed with metal base. It turns into a French double or European double bed fitted with a high-density foam mattress. In addition to the couch, there’s a matching chair bed that transforms into a single. Upholstered in fabric, leather or faux leather, in hundreds of colours.
Combining style with function, this modern convertible sofa is also easy to open. The transition to bed is smooth and straightforward, all you need to do is to remove the seat and back cushions, pull out the frame and extend the two-fold slatted base. The metal action mechanism by Lampolet will guarantee effortless opening and closing. The beechwood slats accommodate a CMHR polyurethane foam mattress which, thanks to its high density, ensures great comfort and proper support.
Designed by Simone Micheli, Freddie takes inspiration from the soft and rounded shapes of 1960s Italian design, with the addition of sled legs for a more contemporary twist. The metal base is 16 cm high and is finished in chrome or black nickel.
